Horrible Poor Service, Skynet! License Disc stuck at Elandsfontein for over a week.

Is anyone else's parcel containing their license disc still stuck at Elandsfontein? I received an SMS on the 2nd of December 2024 stating my license disc would be delivered in 3-5 working days and nothing further. They do not answer phones, they do not answer Whatsapps and they do not respond to emails. My license disc is still at Elandsfontein and has not moved. This is extremely poor service and in contravention of the Consumer Protection Act. I will be lodging a formal complaint if I do not receive feedback by Thursday. I urge everyone else who has experienced this travesty of service to do the same. This is unacceptable.
