Horrible is an understatement

Horrible service…

Parcel was out for delivery on Friday(25th April), did not receive any communication throughout the day only to get an update after 7pm that my parcel won’t be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances meaning I’d have to wait for Tuesday the 29 April to get my parcel due to a public holiday

Waited for my order the whole day today called customer service to find why it’s almost 5 and I have not received my parcel or any communication only to be told that the drivers phone is going to voicemail when they are trying to get hold of him…

Guess what I get an update at 20:47 that my parcel could not be delivered cos I was not home

What the hell?????? I was home the whole day waiting … stop playing games with me and get this sorted with your driver
