Horrible experience, they should just shutdown this joke of a courier service

Worst horrible courier service ever, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone not even my worst enemy. They keep you on a call for over 30 minutes and then hang up on you without getting any assistance. Was told driver was gonna deliver and I asked to be connected to the driver they dropped the phone after 20 minutes hold trying to be connected to the driver. I literally wasted my day waiting for a driver that never came mxm. My order has been out since the 30th of December. Their WhatsApp number is as useless as the contact centre
