Horrible experience

They don't even deserve 1 star. Why Vox Telecom uses them, is just terrible, with all the horrible reviews, it's just mind blowing, but that's another fight I will take on, to change that. I was told yesterday morning on whatsapp that my parcel will be delivered 6 Desember 2023. That they will be in contact with the driver, to ensure delivery for the 6th. 14:32 I asked again, and was told it will be delivered. Well I'm still waiting . If u try and phone the stupid customer service , u hold on forever, your service is just bad, bad. Why not just deliver a service you get paid for, why have a customer service if they can't do their job. Why have a whatsapp line, if they lie the whole time. Please deliver my parcel, and hopefully I don't ever have to use your useless company again
