Horrible delivery time and communication is 0/10

Vodacom had my home address set as delivery address instead of my work address, I correct this with the driver and he said I will receive my package on Tuesday, I did not receive on Tuesday, I emailed and updated my address again and called Vodacom and updated the delivery address with them I was assured it would arrive on Wednesday. It did not arrive, I called them and updated my address AGAIN and was promised it will arrive today, Thursday, i called and have been told to update my address AGAIN and it will only arrive on Friday dye to high delivery volume. Am I actually supposed to believe it will arrive???????!
