Horrible Delivery

Rescheduled the delivery but the item still got delivered on the original date. The recepient should have an ID to accept the delivery but my item was just left with guards who definitely do not have the required ID. This is a sensitive document which I would have wanted delivered to my household. Skynet did not follow its own processes with the ID or the requirement that the driver calls me before delivery.
