Horrible customer services

I don’t even know or understand what happened to this company, I never ever want use a company that uses their services ever again.

Lets start with empty promises, being sent from pillar to post and just horrible horrible customer services that don’t seem to care. I placed an order with a company, they were supposed to deliver Friday 11/04/25 and never did again I had to be the one contacting them.

They promise to deliver Saturday to rectify their mistake and never did, I don’t know what I was expecting. Today 14/04/25 I call them in the morning they drop the call firstly, secondly they inform me that the driver responsible for my parcel is not picking up but they will give him my number to contact me. He never did!

I called again and honestly no care in the world, I have actually given up receiving a parcel that was supposed to have been my birthday present. Shame on you!
