Horrible customer service. Unable to get hold of any human to make delivery arrangments

K*** Driver delivered my parcel yesterday but I was not in at the time. The receptionist asked that he returns today which he agreed to but tracking shows its returned to hub and not out for delivery today. I've been trying to contact Vodacom and Skynet even before the 1st delivery attempt but I have not been able to get into contact with anyone on any of the platforms ( landline, whats app or online tracking)
