Horrible customer service !! Drivers lie !!!!

Horrible customer service !!! I have been waiting for my parcel since yesterday !! Driver did not deliver and did not even attempt to call me. Today he said I refused delivery but I did not receive any form of communication from them. I wrote an email to their customer service, they said they would respond within 1 hour, its been 24 hours with no response !!! Horrible !!!! I am being inconvenienced and needed the parcel for this weekend !!!
