Horrible customer service by Skynet

"Absolutely terrible service from @Skynet! I contacted them multiple times on different days and even emailed, but no response or resolution. I specifically requested my parcel to be delivered today at Pietermaritzburg Airport, and they failed to do so. Zero communication and unreliable! #BadService
