Horrible courier service

Terrible courier service, my package has been stuck in Elandsfontein for days, they don't reply during the online chats that's available on the website, they take forever to answer calls. WHY temu decided to use this courier is beyond me. The service is pathetic. all my previous overseas orders has been delivered by Buffalo couriers, and not once did i experienced such poor service!!
