Horrible courier company!!! Terrible service!!!

Terrible service!!! My parcel took two days to arrive from Jhb to Dbn and is currently sitting at the Dbn branch for a week with no change. I called them yesterday and they said they escalated the issue to the Supervisor for my parcel to get delivered yesterday. I tracked the parcel this morning and see that it hasn't been despatched. It is still saying received at their Dbn branch. Getting them on the phone is near impossible. I would never recommend Skynet to anyone.
