HELLnet Logistics

I bought headset online through Samsung Store and they were defectictive. I called Samsung or order a return and exchange. Samsung responded quickly then gave me a reference number and telling me Skynet will collect headsets within a few days. It's now almost a month fighting Samsung. They have tried to reach out to Skynet and Skynet is not responding them. Why are they using this *********** logistic company. I'm shocked how so many people are also giving them so many bad reviews.
