Harboring our packages

The appalling service we are receiving from you guy's is disgusting, Vodacom has contacted yourll countless times to deliver our package!!!!!!! We did our metrics over 20 times and yet we still haven't received our package. If the company that we have taken our contract with is telling yourll to deliver our phones, why are yourll harboring our package. K*** we want our **** phones!!!!!
