Harassment via voice messages
I complained via e-mail to Skynet about voice messages coming through on my phone at all hours of the night, and to crown it all, these calls being repeated if you do not answer the call.
They chose to delete my e-mail without reading it rather than responding to the complaint. What audacity!!!
