Got my parcel but horrible service delivery

I would like to update my 1 star review of them to a 3 star review only because I ended up receiving my parcel when I thought I wasn't going to receive it and I received it a few days before I was actually supposed to.

But the overall experience was still nothing short of horrible and extremely stressful sitting wondering whether or not I was actually going to receive it coz they don't answer their phones and they're very slow to answer your Whatsapp and email queries so it's very difficult to follow up on where your parcel is.
