They collected my parcel and repackaged it into two items, they only delivered one parcel. The first time I made a follow up they said they will deliver the second parcel, currently they do not want to take accountability they blaming the company they collected the goods from and denying repackaging the parcel. They are a useless company, they won't even bother investigating their drivers or third party service providers but keep shifting the blame. Their call Centre consultant are useless, and keep protecting their colleagues.
