very poor service-am trying to track a parcel that was scheduled for delivery yesterday-all I can find out, after being made to hold on the phone for eternity, is that my parcel is still sitting in Joburg with no estimated time of delivery-I have never experienced this with any other couriers-UNBELIEVEABLE!!!! seems like I will have to fight to get my parcel. They don't even deserve 1 star.
