Frustrated with the service of skynet

i am a Unisa student. i expected my study material to be delivered over a month ago. i have been calling skynet for 2 weeks now and they keep lying to me, they keep saying my material will be delivered tomorrow and when that tomorrow comes they tell me about another tomorrow. i am frustrated because i have to write assignments but i cannot without my study material
