Frustrated by the service from Skynet courier not responding and phone not working, how do you run the business?
I have not received my parcel which was send last week on Thursday. Skynet sends me an SMS that the parcel is out on delivery on Friday the 14th and the tracker indicates that the parcel is on delivery each and every day but it does not reach me. I have send emails no feedback and the customer care line is not even ringing. I am very frustrated .
