Frustrated

This is a useless company i have been waiting for my order since they send its been out on delivery from Saturday i called Monday was told by a stupid agent that sounded like she has a hang over that the truck is on its way. today i called again spk to Phumla she has put me on hold for a very long time. called back spoke to trevor said they have a backlog but my order will be out. called again in the afternoon spk to Phumla put on hold again. then she call back on my cell saying that they busy with a floor search. i will never recommend this company to anyone.
