***** Signature on Delivery, Package Missing

My colleagues UNISA certificate was couriered with Skynet last year, after following up for months as it was never received and never receiving any feedback, he was told it had been delivered 24/8/2020. He has no idea who signed for it, as it has his surname and a scribbled signature. No ID number, which it is suppose to have as proof of identification. When calling Skynet and asking to speak to manager, the customer service people drop your call. The certificate is missing and for all we know is being used **********ly as it was not delivered to the correct person. I await your urgent feedback on this matter! You are paid to deliver door to door to the correct person, they might as well have sent it via the post office, it may have gotten to the correct person then!
