Fix your out for delivery messages

I dont now where to start but if you guys maild me and said my parcel is out for delivery 2 days in a row is creating fals hope not just for me but you Company please do fix Comunication between you and your clients some of them does make plans to go out there way to recieve the parcels but led to unhappy clients amd waiting customers i will never use your guys services or option as n Courrier BAD service really BAD -1 star
