Fed up

My order from MRP has been with them for days now. I got an sms Tuesday to say order will be delivered before 5 pm, 3 days later still waiting for it. I checked on there website to have. Blatant lie saying i couldn't be reached, but ive been home all week phone is one and all. I phoned skynet multiple times and everytime im number 1 the call ends on me and then its 5 pm eventually and nobody calls you back or anything. This is so pathetic and imagine i was told by Mrp they will contact them to get them to call me yet here i am order less. And it was the last time it was going to be delivered so now what??
