False promises on delivery date and time.

I'd like to express my absolute dissatisfaction with SkyNet Worldwide Express and their service.They do not keep to their promises of delivering parcels and do not communicate.Their tracking service is also bad.PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING.
