False pretense customers

Skynet should look deeper into some of their customer relationships. SKYNET is forming relationships with the wrong partners for the wrong reasons. All what is happening is that Companies like NEXTDIRECT is also giving SKYNET a bad name. How can SKYNET deal with these Companies, knowingly that they advertise free SHipping or orders to South Africa, and three days later the customer gets an e-mail from SKYNET to pay import duties and admin fees. SKYNET please look at the history on Hello Peter with regards to your relationship with NEXTDIRECT and maybe you should re-consider or else give your customer more clearer Terms and Conditions when they are selling outside of the UK. Time is money and I know that I am not the only customer complaining about the exact same. The best part is that I now have to deal with you (SKYNET) to arrange for the goods to be sent back to your customer (NEXTDIRECT) and who is paying for the false marketing and pretense? If anything SKYNET should re-assess this relationship with NEXTDIRECT as you are directly involved in their shipping.
