False notifications and No delivery: A letdown

Extremely disappointed with the service. This experience completely ruined my niece’s birthday. We waited the entire day for the delivery, only to receive a notification at 8 PM stating, ‘Consignee wasn’t available.’ It would be appreciated if you could at least be honest—no delivery attempt was made.

Companies should give customers the option to select their preferred courier service. It’s frustrating to see this company still being in business despite their consistent incompetence.
