Failed to send me customs payment link!

I made an order with Shein and Skynet collected my order as a courier company . The shein app showed that they (Skynet) have sent me a customs payment link but to my suprise I have not received it. So I contacted Skynet asking them to resend the customs link as I didn’t receive it. I communicated with them through emails, people who works with payments were copied into the email, asked to please assist me with payment link but nothing till now. I have communicated with them for the whole of last week but they couldn’t help me. Now my package will be send back to Shein because they can’t do their job. I am so disappointed with their service and wish they don’t collect my package from Shein in the future ! As I can’t work with people like this!
