Extremely Poor Service – No Response

I am highly disappointed with Skynet's service. I have been waiting for my parcel for weeks now, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have received no response or assistance. Their customer service is absolutely useless – calls are either ignored, or I’m put on hold indefinitely without anyone getting back to me.

To make matters worse, they don’t communicate at all. I even requested a change of delivery address and a callback, yet nothing has been done. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Avoid using Skynet at all costs if you value timely and professional service!
