EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM AGENTS TO THEIR DELIVERY AGENTS

Extremely Poor Service from the Agents and deliveryGUYS. Delivery guy called me when he was on my gate on the 1st of october. NO ONE notified me that they will deliver so that we make arrangements of the time.He said he will come back the next day on the 2nd of October till today. I called to make arrangements for the time of delivery but the agent dropped me with a phone their whatsapp number is useless. I have tracked it,and itcsays yesterday it was out for delivery and i was at home and no one came,even now i am expected to wait at home for delivery which no one has called me to arrange time of delivery
