Extremely poor service

My wife got a contract with vodacom and the delivery was set for yesterday the 14th of February, she took off work to be in town before 14:00 to receive the delivery, but they sent her an sms at just after 15:00 to say the delivery was unsuccessful, she called the driver who said she doesnt have to worry the package will be delivered today. my wife then got another sms at around 16:30 to say the delivery was unsuccessful again. when my wife called again nobody answered. This is unacceptable!
