EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE DELIVERY
I have been waiting for an urgent parcel to be couriered and delivered to Bloemfontein since Monday 4 December 2023. Up to now there is no movement and apparently the parcel is still stuck @ Elandsfontein. WHY? The most frustrating factor of all is that you get NO FEEDBACK or nobody is answering ANY phones or emails. Service delivery is very poor to say the least and VERY disappointing and unprofessional!!! I need somebody to assist in this regard
