Extremely poor service

Skynet is the most useless courier company I have ever come across! It has taken 5 WORKING days and I still do not have my parcel! From Elandsfontein in Gauteng to Hillcrest Park in KZN. I am used to getting my deliveries the next working day. This is totally unacceptable! Then they say I wasn't available, I was home all day plus the intercom comes through to my phone, so I would have known anyway. The driver clearly went to the wrong address; a courier company that cannot even read an address!!!!
