Extremely poor service and unacceptable communication I am extremely disappointed with the service from SkyNet Couriers. The delivery driver called regarding the delivery, and when my wife answered the phone, the driver simply cut the call without saying anything. My wife immediately called the number back, but the driver did not answer. She tried calling again, with the same result. If a driver is contacting a customer about a delivery, it is completely unacceptable to cut the call and then ignore the customer’s return calls. This caused unnecessary frustration and uncer*****y about whether the parcel would actually be delivered. A courier company should provide professional communication and customer service, and this experience fell far short of that standard. I would like SkyNet to investigate this incident and address the driver’s behaviour. Customers should not have to chase a delivery driver just to find out what is happening with their parcel.
