Extremely Poor Service and False Delivery Promises

I am extremely frustrated with the service I have received from SkyNet Couriers.

This is not the first time I have experienced problems with deliveries from them. On a previous occasion, a parcel meant for me was simply handed to someone standing on the road who claimed they knew me. I was incredibly lucky that the person actually does work with me and kept the parcel safe until I could collect it. This level of negligence is very concerning.

This week the situation has been even worse. For the past three days I have been receiving daily messages stating that my parcel is “out for delivery.” However, it has still not been delivered.

Over the last three days I have called SkyNet **29 times**, and only managed to speak to someone **11 times**. Each time I was given promises that the parcel would be delivered.

This morning I was specifically told that my parcel would be delivered **before 16:00 today**. At around **15:00**, I called again just to confirm that the driver had the correct address and that the delivery would still take place.

Only then was I informed that the parcel had been **scanned but not loaded onto the delivery vehicle**, meaning delivery would once again not happen.

I find it completely unacceptable that customers receive repeated “out for delivery” notifications when the parcel is clearly not even on the vehicle. The lack of communication, accountability, and reliability is extremely disappointing.

I would appreciate an explanation as to why this keeps happening and when I can realistically expect my parcel to be delivered.
