Extremely Poor customer service

Worst customer service ever. The driver **** and said he attempted delivery and no one was home. I called the following day and asked him why he ****. He said someone else will call when they ready to deliver my parcel. I called their customer service and I was assured that they will deliver it today but now they’ve knocked off again I’m still waiting, I couldn’t go anywhere. I hate them with passion for what they did. They not professional at all
