Extremely Frustrating Customer Service

I ordered a phone through Vodacom, and they said the delivery would happen today before 5 p.m. I'm trying to reach them to rearrange the delivery since I won’t be at the address I provided for the next few days, but getting in touch with anyone has been impossible. I’m extremely frustrated after holding for almost an hour, only to have the call hang up on me. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
