Extremely frustrated client / Terrible service

I can't say there is poor communication from Skynet, there is NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL!!! I cannot get through to a human via telephone. I have sent numerous emails which have ALL gone unanswered, other than the generic "This is an acknowledgement mail for your request" email. The Whatsapp line obviously doesn't work as no one is getting back to me on that platform either. My parcel was initially with Buffalo and when they failed to deliver, they shifted responsibility onto Skynet and advised them that my parcel is URGENT as they took over a week to deliver. 2 days without updates??? On an urgent parcel?? Does any service provide know what urgent is anymore???
