Extremely Disappointing Service – Skynet Worldwide Express

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service received from Skynet Worldwide Express. A package was collected in Johannesburg for overnight delivery to our Durban branch, but this has not been honoured. I have called several times for updates and was repeatedly told that the matter was “being escalated.” Unfortunately, these escalations have led to no resolution or accurate feedback. Today is Tuesday, and the package has still not been delivered. Because of this delay, we are now missing important business deadlines, which has negatively impacted our operations. Clear communication, accountability, and service delivery are critical for a courier company, especially when overnight delivery is promised , and unfortunately, Skynet has failed on all three. This experience has been very frustrating, and I am highly dissatisfied with the service received. I would think twice before using or recommending Skynet based on this experience.
