Extremely Disappointing Service from Skynet

Skynet deserves zero stars. Their service is extremely disappointing, and I sincerely wish Temu would reconsider using them as a courier company.

My parcel was scheduled for delivery on 14 December, yet as of 19 December, which is my last day at work, it has still not been delivered. The tracking indicates that the parcel was received by the Cape Town branch on 18 December, so there is no clear reason why a delivery has not been made, especially considering it is already overdue.

What makes this situation even more frustrating is that it is nearly impossible to get hold of anyone at Skynet. Calls go unanswered, and there is no reliable way to obtain assistance or updates.

This level of service is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of this delivery.
