Extremely bad service

Skynet has had my Telkom order since 26/11/2024 and has not delivered since then. Their contact number does not even work you hold on the line only to be cut off eventually without even speaking to someone. I received a message today they were unable to deliver but no one contacted me to advise of anything this is very bad services!!!
