Extremely bad servi

They don't even deserve a star. The staff is *********** and useless. Clueless about customer service. I bought something overseas on the 20 march 2018. It was dispatched and arrived in the country on the 22nd. I paid the customs duty on the 23rd and was told that the parcel will be delivered after 48 hours once the custom duties are cleared. To date I have not received my parcel.I dealt with Nozi from the Isando branch who was sending me from pillar to post by transferring me to different departments where no one would pick up my call. Im really ****ed off. This is unacceptable.
