Terrible, An absolute disgrace as a company. like so many before me i have the same experience, delivery failed no one home yet its a business with me there all day. try phone no answer, use the WhatsApp and get a bot that helps nothing but promise an agent will get back to you. 2 weeks and counting for this parcel.
