Expectations not met
I’ve been waiting for my delivery for over a week now I called 2 days ago, spoke to a lady called Phindi who assured me the delivery would be made yesterday Yesterday nothing So I called again and spoke to a lady called refiloe who adjusted my delivery address and said perhaps that was the reason why my delivery wasn’t made. She too assured me my delivery would be made the next day - which is today 29/09/23
Still no sign that my delivery would be made
It’s an important document I’m waiting for And their unmet expectations are disheartening
I would NOT use them again

30 Sept 2023, 10:00Before this response by Skynet I called them again - wasting MY airtime AGAIN! I spoke to a lady called Lebo who I asked how do I trust she will sort out the problem when two previous customer service people couldn’t. She said she emailed the floor manager and the regional manager with with waybill number and I was assured that the delivery would happen today - Saturday the 30/09/23. I explained that it was an important document that needed delivery and that Skynet is clearly not living up to expectations.
No message was sent this morning to confirm delivery - as Lebo said would happen
And EVEN WORSE, no one has contacted me even though Skynets response to this review said they would be.
