Excuses instead of service

"Express: Book before 14h30 and deliver before 13h00 the following business day to all Major centres."

Unfortunately, in my instance, this is a misrepresentation on Skynet's part as my parcel remains undelivered 3 days later. As a result, not only have I paid Skynet for a service it failed to render, I have also forfeited the refund on the garment I was returning to the seller.

The call I received this morning stated an excuse that the parcel had been dispatched on the incorrect route. I was then told to expect it to be delivered today by a driver who commences work after lunch (note above from the Skynet website says delivery before 13h00 on the following business day).

The customer should not bear the logistical or human resources issues/excuses at Skynet which is supposed to be world renowned. I want a proper explanation since I have lost money as a result of the incompetence.
