EXCEPTIONALLY POOR SERVICE FROM COURIER COMPANY

I booked a courier collection of an important package and I am still waiting for delivery of this package after more than one week. When calling about this delivery, I was given various excuses and was not timeously informed about any delays in delivery. As a consequence of this poor service, I have decided to use another courier company exclusively.
