Exceptionally poor service

As so many other people I have yet to receive my parcel from Vodacom.Was due to be delivered yesterday by 17h00 (coms via sms).That was the last coms ever.I reported this to Vodacom which reported back that they also were unable to contact them.They have escalated the matter on their end.At this stage my parcel is deemed to be lost.I have sent varios emails ,their bot is non responsive and none of their contact numbers work.It is either engaged or just ring.
