eNatis uses Skynet and they are both ***********

Between eNatis and Skynet, I don't know who is worse? Credit to eNatis, my license was issued a couple days after I paid for it, it was handed over to Skynet and then vanished into thin air. It's been a month now, no license! Apparently they've tried to deliver 3 times and 'consignee not available'. I've been available the whole time so that's a lie. Try to get a hold of these companies and get the definition of stonewalling. Is no body accountable? How can eNatis use these Skynet when very clearly this is happening to many people. What happens now that my license is expired? Who pays for fines or heaven forbid I have an accident and my insurance doesnt want to pay out because my license is invalid?
