Empty promises and service

Renewed my one vehicle licence via Capitec's app.The licence was supposwd to be delivered two days ago to this i stant it is still not delivered. Aftwr holding on 124minutes i spoke to two staff members who prufusely appologised promised dwlivery the next day aftwr two and.... nothing. The first delivery not made states bad address. My adress is on a major road and there is no issue finding it on waze or google maps. You cant mail Skynet. And calling them takes on average 24 minutes before you speak to a person l. I want my licence and skynet is not delivery. There are no managers available to talk to you. I wont buy from any company making use of your incompetant services.
