Empty promises...

I have been sending emails, WhatsApp texts, called the contact centre but I get no joy. I was told on Friday that I will get my parcel on that very same day... Nothing came through. I called yesterday to be told that my parcel is still there at there depot, as per the consultant, the driver doesn't know the area. I sent a follow email this morning and I got confirmation that I will receive my package today, guess what... The parcel has not arrived at my house. This is beyond bad service, it's pathetic. With this kind of service, people will stop buying online especially from Shein then your business will be affected. I did write a complaint here but it seems like no action is done... If something has been done, I should have received my parcel 1st thing yesterday or this morning... I asked Refilwe at the call centre as to go about lodging a complaint she just gave me the same email address for customer service. Can I please be contacted to resolve this matter.
